You will step into a technically complex project where a large underground parking facility is to be completed and equipped with updated solutions for emergency alarm systems. Existing construction documents need to be reviewed, quality-assured, and adapted to today's products, solutions, and revised framework documents. At the same time, previously identified errors and deficiencies from already operational parts need to be addressed in the design phase.

The role combines technical design, quality assurance, and close support to the client through both the design and construction phases. You work in an environment where adjacent construction work affects interfaces and handover points, which places demands on clear documentation and good coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work with complex installation and fire safety issues in a 3D and BIM environment.

• You review and update previously prepared documentation for emergency alarm systems based on today's products, solutions, and revised governing documents.
• You design construction documents and produce materials with high technical quality for a construction contract.
• You check that the documents are correctly prepared and comply with relevant legal requirements, regulations, and standards.
• You work with 3D design, participate in clash tests, and deliver models for coordination.
• You drive coordination in a BIM environment and ensure clear handover points to adjacent works.
• You support the client during the construction phase by answering questions from the contractor.
• You also contribute to investigation assignments and similar technical issues in other projects when needed.

• At least 5 years of experience in designing emergency alarm and/or fire alarm systems.
• Certified Competent Engineer for Fire Alarms according to SBF 1007, issued by SBSC or equivalent accredited certification body.
• Documented knowledge and experience of design according to SBF 110 in applicable parts, SS-EN 54, and SS 436 40 00 Electrical Installation Regulations.
• Documented training in AMA EL.
• You are familiar with PBL in relevant parts, the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's current high-voltage regulations, and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations relevant to the design phase.
• Documented experience in designing emergency alarm or fire alarm systems in 3D.
• Experience with coordination in a BIM environment.
• Experience of at least 3 completed designs of emergency alarm or fire alarm systems in a construction contract in the last 5 years, of which at least one of comparable size and complexity. The design should have concerned tender documents or construction documents.
• At least 5 years of documented experience as project manager or project leader for consultancy assignments within installation technology, fire protection, or equivalent technical area.
• Experience of leading consultancy assignments according to ABK 09.
• Documented industry knowledge within construction and installation projects, sufficient to be able to quality-assure documents and conduct technical dialogue with the client at a general level.
• You communicate and document fluently in Swedish.

• Knowledge of BEAst PDF Guidelines, Nameplate, References in documents, Floor Plan, and More Efficient Review.
• Experience from at least one assignment concerning a parking facility, garage, or similar object.
