Job Description

Provide high-quality care and professional interaction.
Work independently and take responsibility for planning and implementing interventions.
Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, and other professionals to create the best care for our residents.
Document according to current guidelines and contribute to the organization's quality work.

Qualifications

Trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with a protected professional title.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Proficient in computer skills and able to document according to current legislation.
Experience working in elderly care, short-term care, or rehabilitation.
Knowledge of person-centered care and a rehabilitative approach to work.
Experience with dementia care, palliative care, or delegated health and medical tasks is an advantage.
Ability to receive and maintain delegation of medication administration from nurses.
