You will step into a project where a large underground parking facility is to be completed and developed from an empty concrete shell into a fully functioning facility. Here, you will take over in a situation where previous construction documents need to be reviewed, updated, and adapted to today's products, technical solutions, and revised framework documents.

The role combines qualified electrical design with close collaboration in the implementation. You work both with securing the quality of the documents and with supporting during the construction phase when technical questions arise. You also need to handle interfaces with adjacent construction activities and create clear handover points to other works. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence technical solutions in a complex facility environment where design and practical implementation are closely linked.

• You review existing construction documents and update them to the current request for quotation and construction document.
• You design electrical installations for a construction contract and ensure that the documents comply with legal requirements and relevant regulations.
• You drive 3D design and produce models and drawings according to the client's design manual.
• You participate in clash tests and deliver models as a basis for coordination.
• You incorporate experiences from already operational parts and adjust the documents based on identified errors and deficiencies.
• You support during the construction phase by answering technical questions from the contractor.
• You handle interfaces with adjacent works and specify clear handover points where needed.
• You can also contribute to investigations and related projects within the same business.

• At least 5 years of experience in electrical design for installations in larger buildings, such as offices, garages, industry, or similar.
• Documented knowledge of and experience in design according to SS 436 40 00 Electrical Installation Rules, the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's current high-voltage regulations (ELSÄK-FS), and SS-EN 50110.
• Documented training in AMA EL.
• Documented experience in 3D electrical design.
• Experience of at least 3 completed electrical designs in construction contracts over the last 5 years, including at least one assignment of comparable size and complexity.
• You communicate and document fluently in Swedish.

• Experience from parking facilities, garages, or similar objects.
• Experience in designing charging stations and lighting for large facilities.
• Knowledge of BEAst PDF-Guidelines, Nameplate, References in documents, Floor plan drawings, and More Efficient Review.
• Good knowledge of relevant parts of BBR, PBL, the Electrical Safety Act, the Electrician's Ordinance, as well as SS-EN 1838 and SS-EN 50172.
• Knowledge of the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations relevant to the design phase, especially AFS 2023:3.
• Documented authorization AL.
• Experience in taking the role of project manager or project leader within installation technology and leading assignments according to ABK 09.
