You will:

• Provide care, support, and service, as well as personal care, based on needs assessments.
• Work preventively during the performance of daily tasks.
• Document in the operational system.
• Work based on time-managed planning.
• Create a secure and meaningful life for our clients.

You must have:

• Good telephone and computer skills.
• A valid B-class driver's license.
• Swedish language proficiency at least at level B2. This is a requirement to provide secure and safe care and to meet documentation requirements.

A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record must be submitted prior to employment.

Meritorious if you also have:

• Assistant nurse education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience of documentation.
• Knowledge and experience of working based on time-managed planning.
• Experience of working in healthcare with similar assignments.
