We are a facility staffed around the clock, consisting of assistant nurses, care assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, administrators, service personnel, and unit managers. Together, we work towards the same goal – to create a safe, secure, and meaningful everyday life for our care recipients.

Job Responsibilities

You base your work on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions, working to strengthen the individual's independence and well-being.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Providing individually adapted care and nursing.
• Working based on key worker models and implementation plans.
• Creating conditions for activity, participation, and quality of life.
• Collaborating with nurses, rehabilitation staff, doctors, and other colleagues.
• Documenting according to current guidelines.
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse or are studying to become one.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in care work within elderly care or similar operations.
• Have a warm and professional approach.
• Be attentive, responsible, and have a clear focus on the user.
• Enjoy collaboration and contribute to a good work environment.
• Be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• Preferably have experience in elderly care and/or dementia care.
