We consider it meritorious if you have experience with:

Who You Are
We are looking for you with the following qualities:
- Collaborative: You work well with other people. You relate to them in a listening and agile manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Creative: You often come up with ideas and new approaches to work-related issues. You have innovative thinking that can be translated into practice and leads to results.
- Structured: You plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You set and maintain timeframes.
- Big-picture perspective: You see the whole and take the larger perspective into account. You understand your role, but consider the best interests of the entire operation in actions and decisions.
