Noga Omsorg is now looking for dedicated and caring staff to join our home care team in Haninge. We are seeking extra staff who can work on an hourly basis. Are you interested in making a difference in other people's lives by providing high-quality care and support? Then this job is for you!

Job Responsibilities for Extra Home Care Work in Haninge

As part of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks within home care during the evenings. Your main responsibilities include:

• Personal care and assistance with hygiene
• Cooking and meal assistance
• Accompanying to medical appointments and other activities
• Light cleaning and laundry
• Shopping
• Psychosocial support and companionship

Qualifications for Extra Home Care Work in Haninge

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in healthcare and social care, preferably in home care
• Relevant education in care or healthcare (e.g., assistant nurse)
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Ability to cycle
• Empathy and a genuine interest in helping others
