We are the agency responsible for prisons, probation, remand prisons, and prisoner transport.

Job Description

As a PA Administrator, you form the local and operational core of the personnel administration. You ensure that local personnel-related processes are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and internal guidelines. You serve as a close support to local managers regarding personnel systems, the application of collective agreements, and daily personnel matters.

In this role, administrative responsibility is combined with a strong service mindset, ensuring that the operations have the right staffing, support, and information to perform their tasks in the best possible way.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Administer and update employees' competencies and activities in the payroll system Heroma, ensuring accurate registrations.
• Maintain a holistic view of staffing and handle recruitment of substitutes, short-term staffing, sick leave, and leave applications.
• Participate in and support holiday planning, ensuring that staffing levels are monitored together with planning officers.
• Conduct checks and follow-ups on authorization lists, the Swedish Employment Protection Act (LAS), overtime, invoices, and expense reports.
• Identify deviations, propose measures, and independently handle administrative processes within given frameworks.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education with a focus on HR, personnel administration, or equivalent.
• Recent experience in personnel administrative tasks.
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package.

The following are also meritorious:

• Experience in staffing planning and scheduling.
• Experience working with collective agreements and labor law.
• Experience working in Heroma or similar personnel systems.
