Work location: Katrineholm

Duration: Temporary employment and summer substitute, with the chance for full-time and part-time. A probationary period of 6 months applies.

The advertisement is aimed at an existing stationary object in Katrineholm.

As our client grows, we need to recruit new skilled employees.

We work closely with our client, who has high demands on our delivery and service execution, while this is an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the client, visitors, and contractors in the daily operations where the focus on service and physical security is the highest priority. Some knowledge and interest in technology and good Swedish & English in both spoken and written form are required as the client is English-speaking.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high service and is responsible, self-driven, and used to taking their own initiative. You should enjoy working independently as well as in a team. We appreciate structure, solution-oriented thinking, and flexibility as natural traits. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our requirements for this position are that you must be:

• of legal age and without a criminal record*, according to FAP 573-2
• drug-free
• possess a high school diploma
• have good Swedish & English in both spoken and written form
• in good health and physical condition
• have a stable economy
• hold a B driver's license

Desirable qualifications:

• security guard training (VU1 + VU2)
• CPR training
• technical background
• leadership training

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you proceed in the process but do not already have the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! You will undergo security guard training (VU1, 9 days) at BYA, the Occupational and Work Environment Board of the Security Industry. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment. Tests will be applied in the recruitment process.
