About the Role

We are now looking for you who have a high service and security mindset. You are also a problem solver with significant social skills.

As a security guard, your main task is to deliver safety at our clients' locations. You do this, for example, in a monitoring center or at an access control point. As a security guard, you have greater authority than a regular guard and often work closely with our clients' staff on objects that are crucial to Sweden's security.

We are currently expanding our team of security guards in Solna and Kista. We are looking for employees for daytime 5/2 schedules and also for night 5/4 schedules.

The work is independent and is often perceived as free, but with great responsibility. You will monitor the site through extensive supervision and rounds, so you need to be comfortable standing and walking a lot.

The positions are armed, which will require personal maturity, and it is advantageous if you have previous experience with firearms.

You will, for example,:

• Ensure that no unauthorized persons have access to the premises through access controls
• Alarm management with action
• Show presence at entrances and in the building
• Work with reception-like tasks

Requirements

• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• You are a trained security guard with valid approval or have been trained as a guard at least VU2
• Worked in the security industry for at least 3 years.

It is advantageous if you:

• Have weapons training (HAS)
• Have worked with similar tasks before
• Are used to working independently and closely with clients

As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized and can handle periods of high work tempo. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions. We see that you, as a candidate, are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understands problems, and solves them creatively. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
