The company has consisted of at most four people plus temporary staff. We are now making a fresh start with new business areas, and this position will be the second permanent hire (+ temporary staff). The specific type of engineer can vary; the important thing is that you, as a person, are willing to develop within different areas. However, since there is a development project within energy (district heating), this is seen as a priority.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of the company's business idea within district heating, including work with the company's own test facility.
• Sales of external products for which Westerkaela AB holds agency rights. This may also involve developing a service workshop for these products if it suits you.
• Consulting assignments within the company's consulting business, primarily directed towards the power industry.

Profile we are looking for

We are looking for you who are technically knowledgeable and have a strong business interest. You are self-motivated, proactive, and have the ability to combine technology with customer-oriented work.

We would like you to have:

• An engineering degree in energy or a related field.
• Experience or interest in selling technical systems.
• An interest in also working practically with customer projects and the necessary development of the company required to succeed in the new business directions.

Formal requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• A certificate of good conduct is required in connection with the job interview, as the company's consulting business targets socially vital infrastructure. Any entries may require approval from a third party.
• Fluent Swedish and at least good command of English.
