About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired Persons). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday situations and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Willingness to work for a female in her 20s who lives in a house with her family in Asarum.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Tolerance for animals with fur.
• Valid B driver's license (manual transmission) and access to a car.

Merits for the position:

• Experience in similar work.
• Experience with epilepsy.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assignment lasts" with a 41.5% part-time position. Working hours are scheduled for approximately 09:00–20:00 on weekdays, but may change slightly if needed and agreed upon.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Employment can start immediately or according to agreement.
