LF Jämtland is now looking for a dedicated and business-minded Insurance Advisor to join our private insurance team!

About the Role

As an Insurance Advisor at LF Jämtland, you will work proactively and goal-oriented to generate new customer contacts and drive sales of our insurance solutions. You take the initiative to reach out to both new and existing customers, present our offers, and actively work towards finding the best solutions for each client. You are responsible for the entire sales process – from the initial call to closing and follow-up – with a clear focus on exceeding customer expectations and achieving set sales targets. You thrive in an independent role while collaborating closely with colleagues to maximize results and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in sales and/or customer service. Experience from the insurance industry is a plus. You must also possess strong communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken, while additional language skills beyond Swedish are advantageous.

You are results-driven with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets, while always keeping the customer’s needs at the forefront. Additionally, you are humble, stress-resistant, and business-minded, always acting with high integrity by prioritizing the customer’s best interest.
