About Us

You will become part of the HR department at Hallands sjukhus. HR is one of the functions within Leadership and Operational Support (LOVS), which also includes Finance and IT, Secretariat and Communications, Local Development and Security, Medicines Halland, Medical Technology Halland (MTH), and Development of Hallands sjukhus. Together, we work as a unified support team to create the best possible conditions for the hospital's managers, employees, and operations.

The HR department consists of ten HR Partners, one HR Administrator, and an HR Manager. We are an engaged, competent, and development-oriented team that enjoys working together and values collaboration, egalitarianism, and shared responsibility. Here, we help each other, share experiences, and support one another in both daily matters and more complex challenges.

About the Position

As an HR Partner, you are an integrated part of the operations and work in close collaboration with managers and leadership groups. You are a proactive decision support tool based on analysis and facts, contributing to the development of both the operations and the employees.

The role involves both strategic and operational HR work with a focus on:

  • development, engagement, and employee retention
  • change processes
  • systematic work environment efforts

In the role of HR Partner, you will among other things:

  • support managers in matters regarding labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and employer issues
  • serve as an active sounding board in leadership groups and contribute to operational development
  • drive and support change and development work
  • work with recruitment and onboarding
  • contribute to analysis and follow-up of HR-related results
  • participate in collaboration with trade union partners

The role means that you both initiate, drive, and follow up on activities – not just support when needs arise.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • an academic degree in HR/personnel science or other relevant education
  • several years of experience in broad HR work with a focus on development
  • worked in an operationally close and consultative HR role
  • good knowledge of labor law and work environment
  • analytical skills and the ability to turn data into concrete measures

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

  • strategic work with competence supply
  • recruitment and working with the entire candidate journey
  • development of methods related to attracting, developing, and retaining competence
  • public sector operations, preferably healthcare

You are structured, have good judgment, and can prioritize, make well-founded decisions, and drive work forward efficiently. You build relationships and collaborate well. You challenge established ways of working, initiate and lead change. You work independently, take initiative, and are responsible for driving issues to completion. You switch effortlessly between strategic and operational work and contribute to both long-term development and operationally close support.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
