The Role

As a Quality Engineer on projects with our customers, you can become a key person to ensure quality in production and the supply chain. You work operationally and solution-oriented, where your task is to support and drive quality issues related to purchased materials and production processes. By proactively handling deviations, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions, you ensure that production can continue efficiently – without unnecessary interruptions or delays.

The role may require close and structured collaboration with production, purchasing, design and suppliers. You become a link that ensures that quality requirements are met, risks are minimized and deliveries maintain a high standard.

Your assignments are shaped based on your unique competencies, experiences and career goals – so that you get the opportunity to grow in the direction that suits you best.

As we are a consulting company, we are looking for people with varying backgrounds and experiences, but to fit into the role of Quality Engineer, we believe you have:

• Relevant academic degree (e.g. university engineer) or equivalent experience in quality, mechanics or similar.
• Experience of quality work in production or industrial environment.
• Experience of Six Sigma.
• Good understanding of deviation management, root cause analysis (e.g. 8D) and risk analyses.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• A few years of experience in quality assurance or alternatively experience in product development with a great interest in quality and process development.

Meritorious

• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience with Lean, root cause analysis and development work.
