Job Responsibilities

As a Development Manager, you are responsible, among other things, for monitoring the external environment within the area of operations and leading change work by creating, implementing, and following up on routines and working methods. You are also responsible for statistical reporting, project management, and other overarching issues directly affecting the quality of operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a social worker, nurse, or have other relevant higher education. We assume that you have several years of work experience in municipal social services or municipal primary care, and preferably also experience working with development projects. Experience working in a project format will be meritorious.

You have a good ability to work independently based on given assignments, but you are also skilled at working in close collaboration with other employees and partners. We assume that you are orderly, structured, have good analytical and pedagogical skills, and express yourself well in speech and writing.

  • Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement.
  • Working hours: Daytime.
