Do you want to work on developing and securing the operation of Sweden's power system? As a Process Manager within Grid Operations, you drive the development and coordination of critical processes in the national control room – the heart of Sweden's electricity supply.
About the role
As a Process Manager within Grid Operations, you work on developing, improving, and managing processes for operational work in the control room.
In close collaboration with your colleagues at Svenska kraftnät, you will be involved in developing the grid operations process, which includes planning and executing electrical work, monitoring facilities, and voltage regulation. You act as a requirement setter for business projects and IT, and coordinate with other functions related to operational operations. The role also involves close contact with operators in the national control room and participation in forums, working groups, and projects.
You belong to the Grid Operations Development unit, which consists of 12 employees focused on developing operational operations. We collaborate closely and share experiences regarding methods, tools, and ways of working. With us, you have great opportunities to develop and broaden your competence in the operation and development of the power system – while also shaping your own role.
