About the role and your responsibilities

We are looking to strengthen a couple of our work teams and are now seeking you who want to help shape a fantastic education for our students. We have openings in two of our work groups: one within the adapted upper secondary school and one supporting our vocational programs. You will work with supporting students, either in groups or individually, in their learning. Educators are responsible for the teaching, and you provide supportive, attentive assistance to help the student progress. You work towards enabling students to achieve greater independence. You will be part of a team of educators and student assistants, working together to ensure students reach their knowledge goals.

We are looking for you

You are a person open to development who actively collaborates with others to provide students with the best possible development. You should be calm, development-oriented, and mature, with a great deal of patience. You have strong collaboration skills and put the student's needs at the center. Previous work experience in adapted schools or as a student assistant in school operations is advantageous.

About the workplace

Vipan Upper Secondary School is Lund Municipality's vocational upper secondary school, offering eight national vocational programs, an adapted upper secondary school, and an introduction program. The school has approximately 1,300 students. The school is located in the dynamic and beautiful Vipeholm area, where residential buildings and commercial districts are currently being built. The school is in the middle of a major investment, building new facilities and renovating all properties in the Campus Vipan project.

The Education Department is responsible for upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, adult education, international primary school, and mother-tongue instruction, and has over 1,200 employees.
