Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader at Attacus Trähus, you are responsible for:

• Planning, leading, and distributing daily and long-term work in the factory towards set goals.
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to current routines, processes, and health and safety policies.
• Monitoring productivity and quality and acting on deviations.
• Personnel responsibility with associated tasks.
• Staff planning.
• Daily reconciliation of time reports.
• Monitoring internal regulations and job descriptions.
• Driving and participating in improvement work.
• Actively participating in daily production.

Your profile:

To succeed in the role, you should be stimulated by working and communicating with staff. With a wide variety of tasks, you see challenges in continuous improvement and are driven by seeing people grow. Education and experience in a leadership function are meritorious but not required.
