We are looking for operators for our bookbinding department

Do you want to work in a production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for operators for our bookbinding department to work with stapling and post-processing of printed materials.

Experience in bookbinding or machine operation is an advantage, but we also welcome those who are technically interested and want to learn a new trade.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks include among other things:

• Setting up and running machines.
• Loading machines with sheets, covers, and consumables.
• Monitoring production and ensuring a smooth production flow.
• Performing quality checks during ongoing production.
• Adjusting the machine for format or product changes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor operational disruptions.
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Collaborating with other operators and production staff to ensure deliveries according to plan.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in bookbinding, graphic production, or machine operation (advantageous but not a requirement).
• Are technically interested and enjoy working with machines.
• Are precise and quality-conscious.
• Have a strong safety mindset.
• Are responsible and thrive working both independently and in a team.
• Are flexible and want to develop together with the company.
• You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Previous experience is not necessary – we will train you in the work, but language skills are important to work safely and follow our quality routines.

Employment: Probation period

Location: Vimmerby

Start date: According to agreement.
