At Mönsterås Trädetaljer AB, we are currently looking for an experienced NC operator.

The primary focus of this role is to support our production within solid wood manufacturing.

You are knowledgeable and possess the experience required to handle the NC machine from day one. You must be able to read and understand technical drawings as well as program the machine. The role also includes training new and young employees.

A leadership role on the factory floor is part of the position, so it is important that you are comfortable receiving delegation and can lead and drive the solid wood section, in collaboration with the Production Manager.

Good physical fitness is essential as the job involves heavy lifting. You should also be able to handle stress and interact professionally with your colleagues.
