Actemium Instrument Gävle is in a strong growth phase with many exciting projects, and we are therefore looking for Installation Managers for our operations in Mönsterås and Mörrum. Our customers are primarily within the paper and pulp industry.

As an Installation Manager with us, you will have a developing and varied job where you lead the daily work and your team, while collaborating closely with colleagues within Actemium.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Installation Manager, you are responsible for the planning, steering, and follow-up of the daily work in the projects. You work actively with staffing planning, ensure the right resource level, and continuously monitor production through clear progress reporting.

You lead the daily work through regular meetings and check-ins, creating structure, clarity, and engagement in the team. Daily meetings ("toolbox"/morning meetings) are a natural part of your working method to ensure progress, safety, and quality in the project.

You also have responsibility for the project's economy at the installation level, where you monitor hours, costs, and resource utilization in relation to the plan. You work actively to identify deviations and contribute to ensuring good cost control in the project.

Furthermore, you handle ECOs (Engineering Change Orders/Additional Works), from identification and documentation to providing basis for pricing and dialogue with project management and the customer.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience with electrical and instrument installations in the industry, combined with documented experience leading installation or commissioning teams in the field. You have a relevant basic education in electrical and/or automation technology.

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office package and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

As a leader, you are clear, communicative, and build good relationships both internally and externally. You are goal-oriented and result-driven with a strong drive to deliver according to schedule and customer expectations.

Safety is always paramount, and you work systematically to ensure the highest quality in execution. You have a natural focus on order and discipline, planning and follow-up, as well as continuously developing both working methods and the team.
