About the role
As a solar panel installer, you work hands-on with the installation of solar systems on residential roofs. You are a vital part of the field team and contribute to ensuring our installations maintain high quality from start to finish.

The work includes, among other things, erecting scaffolding, installing mounts and rails, mounting solar panels, and cabling between panels. The work is performed outdoors year-round, which requires both physical fitness and the right attitude.

This is a role for you who enjoy practical work, working in a team, and want to contribute to the green transition.

We are looking for someone who

✔️ Has experience as a solar panel installer (meritorious, but not a requirement)

✔️ Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop

✔️ Thrives in physical work and is comfortable working at heights

✔️ Has a service-oriented attitude and takes responsibility in your work

✔️ Speaks Swedish and English

✔️ Holds a valid driver’s license (Category B)
