Rimaster Cab & Mechanics has extensive experience in delivering cabs to the world's leading special vehicle manufacturers. We are an established and efficient supplier capable of meeting the requirements for producing small series combined with alternative configurations. High demands are placed on short delivery times while maintaining flexibility, as well as rigorous quality requirements. Rimaster Cab & Mechanics operates from a modern production facility in Horn, where we primarily work with cab assembly, larger system-integrated projects/products, and mechanical manufacturing.

Your responsibilities

As a welder at Rimaster, you will manufacture everything from single components to medium volumes, where the size and complexity of the products vary – this can involve smaller details as well as larger units such as cabs. Here you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through training and validation of welder performance tests in various methods. You will become part of a team where we value collaboration, engagement, and development. Rimaster's welding process is certified according to standard EN 3834-2, which means you work in a structured and quality-controlled environment with clear processes.

The role also includes:

• Participating in the ramp-up of new articles
• Acting as the link to technology and design
• Suggesting improvements and working with preventive measures

Your profile

We believe that you, as a candidate, feel a great responsibility for maintaining high quality in your work and have a strong desire to learn and develop. Are you also communicative, proactive, and practical? Perfect! We are looking for someone who thrives in collaboration with others, enjoys solving problems, and has good prioritization skills.

We also require that you have:

• Experience with MAG welding
• Knowledge of reading drawings and welding symbols (WPS)
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
