About the Company

We are currently recruiting staff for a production environment on Öland. The position offers opportunities for development and the possibility of direct employment with the client for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties will mainly consist of work in a production environment. Your work will involve working at a washing or packing line, which includes material control, supervision, folding, sorting, and packing. The tasks may vary depending on the needs in production.

Your Background and Qualities

We assume that you, as an applicant, are meticulous, organized, service-minded, and positive, and that you work with a high degree of personal responsibility. Since our goal is for all customers to receive professional and correct treatment, you as an employee play an important role as our face to the outside world.

We are looking for a team player with a service mindset who is not hesitant to support their colleagues. Working independently or in a team should suit you, as there may be independent work at certain stations.

You also need to be stress-resistant, flexible, and have good physical fitness as heavy lifting may occur. The work requires that you can read and understand Swedish.

We consider it a strong merit if you have a background in the restaurant industry, as there can be many balls in the air and a high tempo.

A valid Category B driver's license and access to your own car are required.

The position is a fixed-term employment, full-time (100%). For the right person, the position can lead to direct employment with the client.

Employment Terms

This is a consulting assignment with Wikan Personal where you work for our client. After six months, it can lead to permanent employment for the right person.
