About MasterFlow AB

MasterFlow works with hot runner systems for injection molding tools for automated plastic production. We deliver solutions to our customers to ensure the best support from mold design to product and production optimization. The headquarters and production are based in Västervik, but we also have subsidiaries in the UK, Portugal, and Hong Kong. MasterFlow is a family-owned company that has been in existence since 1939. The operations are characterized by competence and customer focus, and we invest heavily in development and innovation.

Your Role

As a CNC Technician at MasterFlow, you work with advanced CNC machining (turning, milling, and grinding) and get to be involved in several stages of production. You will program and operate high-tech CNC machines where precision and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday life. The role is broad, challenging, and requires a curious approach. You will play an important role in both production and development projects, where your technical knowledge and ability to find smart solutions are prominent. The work requires good knowledge of CAD and CAM, and a desire to constantly improve and optimize processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Advanced CNC turning in multi-axis machines
  • Programming in CAD/CAM
  • Measurement, quality control, and optimization of work tasks
  • Setup and machine monitoring
  • Production development

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and automation, and who want to develop in a role where you get the opportunity to create process improvements and be innovative. To fit the role, we see that you have experience working with complex machines and details requiring precision, and are educated in process technology or CNC. You have a good understanding of reading drawings, measurement technology, and metalworking, and we see that you are used to taking great responsibility and taking initiative. You work in a structured way to achieve quality, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in an environment where you get to be involved in optimizing processes, and are motivated by contributing solutions that strengthen MasterFlow's production and long-term development. Furthermore, you master the Swedish and English languages well in both speech and writing. We consider it an advantage if you hold a forklift license.

  • Working hours: Daytime Mon-Fri
  • Scope: Full-time employment starting as agreed.
  • Location: Västervik
