We are now looking for an operator with maintenance experience who will be involved in the development of our new pellet plant in Ruda. A role where you will help ensure that the facility operates optimally and where your work has a direct impact on efficiency, production, and safety.

About the role

As an operator responsible for maintenance at our pellet plant, you are responsible for keeping the facility running by checking the machines and performing the tasks and routines within your area of responsibility. You will also work with preventive and corrective maintenance and collaborate closely with the production manager, management, and external contractors.

You will become part of a small team where you together ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable production of wood pellets – a climate-smart product that contributes to the energy transition.

The role includes, among other things:

• Continuous pellet production
• Performing service, troubleshooting, and maintenance on machines, conveyors, presses, and process equipment
• Acting quickly and methodically during operational disruptions to solve technical problems
• Having close dialogue with the production manager and other operators regarding the planning of service and preventive measures
• Contributing to improvement work in operational safety, working environment, energy efficiency, and safety
• Assisting with the loading of bulk trucks and cargo.

We are looking for you who are practical, solution-oriented, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, have good skills in planning and prioritizing, and thrive in a role where you work both independently and together with others.

• Have good mechanical understanding and technical problem-solving skills
• Are flexible and have an unpretentious approach to work
• Are communicative and collaborate well with different functions
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Forklift license
• Operator license for loading machines
• Work at height license (Lift ticket)
