Assembler for Temperature Sensor Production – Two Shifts
PENTRONIC AKTIEBOLAGKalmar län, Västervik
Previous experience is desired
We are looking for assemblers for our production of temperature sensors. At Pentronic, you will have the opportunity to be part of a business that is constantly growing and developing.
About the company
Pentronic is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of industrial temperature sensors for industry, research, and manufacturing. Our sensors are used in applications such as automotive, medical, food, and process industries, where high demands are placed on both precision and sustainability.
We are engaged and competent – together. We are now looking for several employees to join our production team.
Your role
As an assembler at our company, you will work with the manufacturing of temperature sensors. You are expected to work independently and follow the product through the entire production flow – from manufacturing documentation to finished detail. This contributes to good product knowledge and a holistic view, where quality and precision are in focus throughout the process. The role involves close collaboration with different professional groups, such as planners, preparers, and developers.
The work is micromechanical and includes, among other things, soldering, TIG and laser welding, manual cable processing, gluing, and grinding. Part of the role also involves understanding and interpreting drawings and other manufacturing documentation.
The business also includes series production of electronics, with tasks such as testing, soldering, and assembly of circuit boards and components in ESD-protected environments. Work with curing plastics is also part of the operations.
Working hours are arranged in two shifts, meaning work during both day and evening times.
Your profile
We are looking for you who thrive in a production environment where precision, quality, and responsibility are crucial. You enjoy collaborating with others but also work independently and take responsibility for driving your tasks forward. You contribute with engagement, a positive attitude, and a desire to develop in your work. At our company, there are great opportunities to grow, both in your professional role and together with the company – in a business where technical competence and precision are in focus.
To succeed in the role, you have:
- Experience working in manufacturing industry, or equivalent work experience from related sectors.
- Experience in micromechanics or electronics, soldering of circuit boards, welding, incoming inspection, warehouse/storage operations, and goods delivery are meritorious.
- A complete upper secondary education in technology, industry, or equivalent is desirable.
We strive for diversity and welcome all applicants.
