We are now looking for an operator for our pellet production in Ruda, where you will be part of the development of our new pellet factory. In this role, you will ensure that the facility operates optimally, and your work will have a direct impact on efficiency, production, and safety.

About the role:

As an operator in our pellet operations in Ruda, you are responsible for the daily operation of the facility. You monitor the production process, ensure that machines and equipment function correctly, and perform the routines required for safe and efficient production. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operation and monitoring of pellet production
• Continuous control of the facility's machines and processes
• Handover of current production status to the next shift
• Handling minor operational and production disruptions
• Assisting in the loading of bulk trucks and other cargo
• Active participation in fire safety and workplace environment initiatives
• Contributing to continuous improvement by raising ideas and development proposals
• Operating wheel loaders when needed

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a practical role within a production environment. You are self-motivated but also work well within a team. Experience from the process industry, manufacturing, or similar operations is advantageous, as is experience working with machinery and wheel loaders.

As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented, and structured. You have a strong focus on safety and contribute to a positive team spirit in the workplace.

We would like you to have:

• A high school education or equivalent work experience
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Basic computer skills
