About the role
Aimo Park in Malmö is looking for a garage attendant who will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of our parking garages in the business area.

As a garage attendant, you will independently ensure that the garages are in good condition and that cleaning is carried out in accordance with the facility description and current schedule. Other tasks include machine-sweeping the garage, ensuring it is free from litter, polishing glass surfaces, and wiping dust and other dirt from e.g., pipes, signs, and similar items.

You will also have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that deficiencies are rectified and report faults if necessary.
• Assist parking customers and answer their questions regarding e.g., parking options, referring them to internal contacts for further assistance.
• Act as a link between Aimo Park and the client.
• Greet customers and ensure that their requests for parking in the garage can be fulfilled.

This is a free-flowing role for those who like to take responsibility. The work involves a lot of contact with customers and people. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop within the department you will belong to, Aimo Park's technical organization.

This position is a permanent full-time employment. The position starts with a 6-month probation period. You will work daytime hours but with varying schedules. Evening work occurs on occasional occasions. Weekend work occurs every third weekend.

About you

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and the ability to follow instructions and schedules. You also need to be good at collaborating and be receptive.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Are a good representative for Aimo Park.
• Have a high school education.
• Preferably have at least two years of experience in a service role.
• Have a B-class driver's license.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Are computer literate.
• Experience in similar tasks is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Technical experience is meritorious.
