We are now looking for you who want to take responsibility for our reception and simultaneously become part of Team Gymbörsen, contributing to developing our member experience.

But instead of just reading your CV, we want to give you a small challenge!

Imagine you start with us on Monday.

You have been given responsibility for the reception at Gymbörsen.

Tell us:

• How do you want a member to feel when they walk through the door?
• What would you do to make the reception even better?
• How do you create order and structure while providing personal service?
• Is there anything you think many gyms miss in their interaction with members?

You can answer:

• With a few paragraphs of text,
• Or record a short video of 2–3 minutes.

The role includes among other things:

• Responsibility for reception and member service.
• Administration in our member systems.
• Staffing and planning.
• Purchasing and supplier contacts.
• Responsibility for group training together with our coaching team.
• Opportunity to develop member events, workshops, and other activities.
• The position involves varying working hours with some evening shifts.
