Job Description:

As a Production Engineer, you will enjoy a varied and developmental daily routine with significant freedom and personal responsibility for your products. The role also entails driving and ensuring efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process. You will be part of a cohesive team of engaged and knowledgeable colleagues, working together to deliver the right quality, at the right cost, and on time.

As a Production Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with all stakeholders, acting as a technical expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the production and quality of your product(s).
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling of production.
• Acting as an expert regarding production engineering issues.
• Participation in technology development and industrialization of new methods, processes, and working practices.

The assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and be approved according to current regulations. The assignment also entails requirements for specific citizenship.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a relevant education in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field. Experience from manufacturing industry or previous work in a similar role is advantageous.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are a curious and creative person who likes to think outside the box and has a drive to develop within the role.

We place great importance on your personality and see you as a structured and solution-focused person. You thrive both working independently and in collaboration with others. We also expect you to have a good technical understanding and to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
