About the role

We are now looking for a Paid Social Specialist for an international digital company with one of the market's strongest brands in its industry.

This is a role for you who thrives when working operationally close to the campaigns. You will become an important part of a small and tight-knit social team where the focus is on creating, optimizing, and developing paid campaigns on social media.

You will primarily work towards the Swedish market with a clear focus on sports. Therefore, we believe you have a personal interest in sports and understand what engages the target audience.

This is a consultancy assignment of approximately six months where you will cover for a colleague on parental leave. At the same time, you get the chance to join one of Sweden's most data-driven marketing organizations and work together with some of the industry's top specialists.

What you will do

You will among other things:

• Set up, optimize, and follow up on Paid Social campaigns.
• Work operationally in Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
• Optimize audiences, pixel tracking, and exclusions.
• Work with acquisition, reactivation, and branding campaigns.
• Follow up on results and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the rest of the marketing team regarding campaign materials and messaging.
• Contribute ideas regarding sports campaigns and current events.

Most of the design production is done by a dedicated design team, but sometimes you need to be able to make simpler adjustments or quickly get materials up within existing graphic frames, so design experience is a plus.

Who we think you are

We believe you are already working with Paid Social today and feel confident in the most common advertising platforms.

Our client places great importance on you having worked operationally and independently with campaign setup and optimization.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• A few years of experience with Paid Social.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and preferably also TikTok, Snapchat, or X.
• Experience in optimizing campaigns based on data and results.
• Good understanding of audiences, pixel tracking, and campaign optimization.
• An eye for creativity and what works on social media.

It is a plus if you:

• Have worked within iGaming, betting, or another fast-moving consumer industry.
• Have an interest in sports and odds setting.
• Have experience with campaigns linked to major sports events.
