Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst.

What You Will Work On

• Analyze complex business and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable analytical and data solutions
• Design and develop analytical datasets and data models
• Build and optimize SQL queries for complex data analysis and transformation
• Develop data processing and analytical solutions using Python
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical datasets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities
• Support AI-driven initiatives and data analytics use cases
• Work with Git-based version control and DevOps practices
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage multiple initiatives while adapting to changing business priorities
• Deliver reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions
• Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking environment

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Consultant
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, transformations, and performance optimization
• Strong Python development and data analysis experience
• Expertise in data modeling and analytical dataset design
• Experience ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions
• Experience supporting AI and advanced analytics initiatives
• Experience with Git-based version control
• Experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar DevOps platforms
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
