We are now looking for a Study and Career Counselor to support us in performing the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The study and career counselor is responsible for the cohesive guidance process for the individual, as well as conducting mapping interviews and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-thought-out career plan for each unique participant in the program.

Background

You have a degree as a study and career counselor. Experience in career guidance, mentoring/coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus, but not a requirement. However, great importance is placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
