About the role

As a Property Technician, your task is to monitor and manage the operation and maintenance of your assigned properties. You will work both independently and in teams, handling repairs, supervision, and maintenance of the building and its fixtures. You will also conduct technical and operational rounds. Furthermore, the role involves building and maintaining good relationships with customers and tenants by being accommodating and professional.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probation period of the first 6 months, located in Gothenburg. Working hours are during the day, 7-16 or 8-17 depending on the assignment.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Property expertise through relevant vocational school education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working as a property technician.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• General computer proficiency.
• A valid B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience with property-related case management systems.
• Certificates for Hot Work, Fall Protection, Lift, Fire Alarm System Operator, Sprinkler System Operator, SBA.
