About the Role

We are looking for you who are a Maintenance Technician and who, with curiosity and engagement, are ready to take on your next challenge. As a Maintenance Technician at Newsec, you will work both independently and in a team on your assigned properties. Your task is to participate in both daily and planned property maintenance. You will work with energy and operational optimization, supervision, troubleshooting, and repairs of technical installations within heating, ventilation, monitoring systems, as well as control and regulation. The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with the customer by being accommodating and professional.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probation period of the first 6 months, located in Gothenburg. Working hours are during the day, 7-16 or 8-17 depending on the assignment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Maintenance Technician education from a university college or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working as a maintenance technician.
• Good knowledge of control and regulation as well as monitoring systems.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
• General computer proficiency.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience with property-related case management systems.
• Certificates for Hot Work, Fall Protection, Lift, Facility Maintenance Fire Alarm, Facility Maintenance Sprinkler, SBA.
