Who are we looking for?

We are now seeking a passionate Chef or Cold Drinks Server who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability.

The role includes daily work with self-control, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management. You will also assist with menu planning, product orders, and inventory.

About Restaurant Wheel Loaders

We are a team of four people staffing the restaurant and coffee operations at the Volvo factory in Arvika. We serve breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• You have education in hospitality and restaurant management with a chef focus or equivalent.
• You have prior experience in restaurant work.
• You have the ability to plan and structure work efficiently.
• You take responsibility, through your passion, for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver.
• You value happy guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Experience with menu planning systems is a plus.
