We are looking for dedicated and responsible personal assistants for a 20-year-old young man with a strong interest in sports. You will play an important role in his daily life and contribute to his well-being and independence. We are primarily seeking temporary staff with the possibility of a permanent schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work according to a common approach – continuity and repetition are key.
• Support the client in daily activities and school attendance.
• Participate in and encourage sports activities and leisure interests.
• Create a safe and positive environment.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: day and evening.
• Weekends: day and evening.

We would prefer that you are a person with an interest in sports and who can serve as a positive role model.

Monument Assistans always requires an extract from the criminal record register.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant is advantageous, but not a requirement.
• Good communication skills and empathy.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the user's needs.
