As a specialist unit, we are experts in understanding and managing the consequences of disabilities in everyday life. Most of the people we meet have neuropsychiatric disabilities. We work from a pedagogical treatment perspective where the patient's needs are in focus. Collaboration with other operations is an important part of the work. We also work on the development of pedagogical treatment methods.

What you will work with
As a social worker, you work with needs assessment and therapeutic conversations. The focus is on the patient's needs related to the disability. We work, for example, with psychoeducation, group activities, diagnostic knowledge, information about societal interventions, and individual conversations with therapeutic and problem-solving content. Meetings take place physically or digitally. Travel is included to some extent in the position, and there is some possibility of remote work.
