Job Description

Do you want to help develop rheumatology within a medical clinic with ambition, forward-thinking, and good collegial relationships? We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in rheumatology and who wish to contribute with knowledge, commitment, and a long-term perspective.

Here, you will meet a small but competent medical team consisting of a specialist physician and a part-time retired colleague who provides valuable continuity. Together with a very experienced and stable group of staff and several engaged resident doctors, you will create a development-oriented operation and build the future of rheumatology in Kronoberg.

Our rheumatological operation consists mainly of outpatient care, with a focus on clinic work and a smaller part of day surgery. You will also participate in development and quality work, supervision, and teaching – an important part of shaping the future of rheumatology.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a specialist in rheumatology with solid experience in outpatient work, or alternatively, you who wish to contribute to the future of rheumatology by completing a specialist education in rheumatology.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and communicative. You thrive in teams, are easy to collaborate with, and contribute with sensitivity and security in meetings with both patients and colleagues.

You need to have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-01. Start 1 Sep or according to agreement.
Working hours: Daytime. Mon-Fri 8-16.30 + occasional on-call duties.
