Our Target Group
We are seeking staff for a new treatment home for boys and young men aged 13–21 in Uppsala dealing with substance abuse issues, criminality, psychosocial problems, and neuropsychiatric disabilities. Our treatment work is based on evidence-based methods rooted in CBT, MI, Relapse Prevention (ÅP), and behavioral analysis.
We work in a structured and goal-oriented manner to create safety, development, and sustainable changes for the young people placed with us.

About the Position
We are currently seeking several social pedagogues for permanent positions with an initial six-month probation period at the residential facility in Uppsala.
As a social pedagogue, you work closely with the young people in their daily lives and are an important part of their treatment and development. You are part of a team that works based on clear structures, common goals, and a professional approach.
The work includes among other things:
- Support and treatment in the young people's daily lives
- Implementation and follow-up of treatment interventions
- Documentation according to current legislation and routines
- Collaboration with social services, guardians, and other actors
- Active participation in teamwork and treatment planning
The position involves 24-hour duty according to a rotating schedule.
We are looking for you who

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education of at least two years within treatment, e.g., social pedagogue, social worker, behavioral science, or other equivalent education
- Class B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Merits include education or experience in:
- CBT-oriented treatment work
- MI (Motivational Interviewing)
- Relapse Prevention
- Behavioral Analysis
Through Evidra Omsorg, you are offered continuous competence development and internal training in our treatment methods.
Other
Work within residential care for children and young people requires a current extract from the suspicion and criminal record register, which must be presented at any interview. We also require that you can verify your education via e.g., LADOK.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
Start date is from September or as agreed.
