As a Coordinator within Property & Logistics, you will have a varied role combining administration, coordination, and practical support in a unique environment. You will become an important part of the Property team, contributing to smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. The role involves numerous interfaces where you coordinate information, documentation, deliveries, contractors, and internal functions, while also driving improvements in routines and working methods.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in administration, coordination, logistics, property management, or similar support functions.
• Proficiency in digital tools for administration, documentation, and follow-up.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid B-class driver's license within the EEA.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in cargo and delivery handling, supplier coordination, or visitor and access administration.
• Experience from a security-sensitive, operational, or technically complex environment.
• Knowledge of, or interest in learning, Export Control-related administration and documentation.

To succeed in this role, you are service-oriented and solution-focused, with a desire to support both colleagues and external partners. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, easily juggling multiple tasks and following through on what you start. You are communicative, collaborative, and thrive in roles with many interfaces. At the same time, you are unpretentious, flexible, and have a practical approach, willing to help where needed. Since the work takes place in a security-classified environment, you have good judgment and a natural understanding of the importance of security, routines, and correct information handling.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and develop administrative processes, documentation, and information flows within Property, as well as between Property and other functions at Esrange.
• Plan and coordinate smaller projects and improvement initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring work is carried out according to plan.
• Ensure and coordinate administrative flows related to cargo, deliveries, contractors, suppliers, and visitors to ensure efficient operations in accordance with established routines.
• Be responsible for and support administrative processes within purchasing, invoice processing, documentation, and Export Control in close collaboration with relevant functions.
• Serve as a central contact point for internal and external stakeholders by creating structure, facilitating collaboration, and contributing to a safe and well-functioning operation.
• Contribute to the continued development of the Property department's working methods, routines, and processes to create efficient and sustainable ways of working.

LOCATION
