At DH Solutions, we work with business systems as a central part of our customers' daily operations. Our solutions are designed to be stable, long-term, and to create real business value over time. We are now looking for a Business Consultant who wants to work closely with our customers on advising, implementing, and developing business processes in the Pyramid business system.

We are a consultancy firm with over 50 years of experience delivering IT solutions in close collaboration with our customers. Our delivery team consists of approximately 25 employees with expertise in system development, IT services, business systems, data and analytics, as well as AI development.

About the Role

As a Business Consultant within business systems, you will help customers develop and streamline their business processes with the support of the Pyramid business system. The role is business-oriented and suits you if you enjoy understanding customer needs, translating them into solutions, and driving change in close dialogue with the customer.

The work takes place both in projects and in maintenance assignments, often linked to long-term customer relationships and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Conducting feasibility studies and developing solution proposals based on customer needs
• Leading workshops
• Planning and executing implementation and development projects
• Configuring the Pyramid business system according to business requirements
• Training and supporting users in their daily work
• Contributing to quality, customer benefit, and long-term maintenance

Who We Think You Are

You are a confident consultant who thrives in dialogue with customers and has the ability to build trust over time. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your assignments, and are driven by a desire to understand the business behind the business system.

We believe you have:

• A few years of experience working with business systems
• Experience leading process mapping, feasibility studies, and implementation projects
• A good understanding of business processes and how system support can create business value
• The ability to analyze complex needs and translate them into practical solutions
• A consultative approach with a focus on collaboration and customer value

Experience with the Pyramid business system is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
