We are now looking for an engaged and driven Quality Developer/SAS (Socially Responsible Coordinator) with a special focus on healthcare and social care. A role that combines strategic quality and development work with the assignment as a socially responsible coordinator (SAS).

About the workplace

The Social and Nursing Administration in Tidaholm Municipality is responsible for operations within elderly care, disability support, individual and family care, as well as municipal healthcare. Together, we work to create value for the municipality's residents every day.

The Social and Nursing Administration is in an exciting phase of development. Through a new organization, we are creating better conditions for quality, innovation, and operational development.

As a Quality Developer/SAS, you will become an important part of the administration's support staff, which works with development, quality, and long-term operational development. The staff is led by the Development Manager and works in close collaboration with the administration's management groups, managers, and operations.

The staff includes several specialist functions that together support the administration's development and steering. This includes, among others, the Development Manager, Quality Developer/SAS, Responsible Nurse for Medical Care (MAS), Responsible Nurse for Rehabilitation (MAR), Digitalization Strateg, System Developer, and Board Secretary. Together, we contribute competence in quality, patient safety, digitalization, operational development, and board administration to create the best possible conditions for the operations.

About the position

As a Quality Developer/SAS, you have a central role in ensuring good quality, legal certainty, and continuous improvements within the administration's healthcare and social care operations.

You work both strategically and operationally to develop, follow up, and ensure the quality of the operations based on legislation, national guidelines, and local goals.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• leading and coordinating quality and development work within healthcare and social care
• being responsible for follow-up, analysis, and improvement of processes and working methods
• following up on legislation, guidelines, and steering documents within healthcare and social care operations
• acting as an expert in the current legislative area and supporting managers and operations
• conducting investigations according to Lex Sarah and being responsible for reporting to the Inspection for Health and Care (IVO) in cases of serious misconduct
• analyzing deviations, feedback, complaints, and documentation to identify areas for improvement
• preparing materials, reports, and analyses for the administration management and board
• planning and conducting training and development initiatives within the quality area
• conducting active environmental scanning within healthcare, social care, and social services
• being a strategic support to managers and leadership in matters concerning quality, operational development, and improvement work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker and have experience of quality and development work within healthcare and social care or social services.

To succeed in the role, you need to be well-versed in the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act of Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments (LSS), and the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL). You have a good understanding of how legislation, quality, and operational development interact and can translate analyses, follow-ups, and improvement proposals into concrete operational development.

It is meritorious if you have experience of:

• working as a quality developer, operational developer, or similar development function
• working in a politically governed organization
• investigative work and authority exercise
• working with Lex Sarah and systematic quality work
• change and improvement work in complex organizations
• working with follow-up, analysis, and operational development within healthcare and social care.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and independent. You have the ability to see the big picture and translate analyses into concrete improvement measures. At the same time, you are receptive and relationship-building and enjoy collaborating with managers, employees, and other professions.

You express yourself very well in speech and writing and feel confident presenting materials to both management groups and political decision-makers.
