The Kristineberg Home Care Team operates from our local office at Ingenjörsvägen 63 in Kristineberg. Our catchment area includes Kristineberg, Stångehamn, Mysingsö, Gröndal, and extends up to the Gotland Terminal. We travel by car, bicycle, or on foot.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Care Assistant, you are responsible for implementing approved care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You work in the users' own homes and contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on their conditions. You perform medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel and participate in operational development, quality assurance, and competence development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a Care Assistant and would appreciate if you have experience from similar operations. You have good cooperation skills, are responsible, and thrive in a work environment with a high pace. As a person, you are positive, professional, and have a good ability to see each individual's needs and conditions.

You need to have good computer skills and master the Swedish language well, both orally and in writing. A Category B driver's license is a requirement, and you must be accustomed to cycling.

Duration: Permanent, start date: Start is 2026-09-01 or according to agreement with the recruiting manager.
