RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who see the advantages of a small municipality, where we collaborate and seek solutions together.

In your daily work, you will meet individuals in various life situations, and the cases will therefore be varied, both in content and over time. Together with us, you will work towards sustainable change, where you will be involved and have a great opportunity to strengthen and develop both our operations and our collaboration with the Employment Unit.

You will help develop new working methods while we implement and apply the Activity Requirement, which comes into force on July 1, 2026.

You will work with public authority functions, performing standard tasks within the framework of financial assistance, such as investigating needs, making decisions, collaborating, following up, and working towards the goal of achieving self-sufficiency.

You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues to plan how the group can best handle and focus on the transition to the new Social Services Act.

Social work is fundamental to us, and the goal is to promote people's opportunities for self-sufficiency and independence. To understand each person's unique situation, collaboration is needed, both internally and externally, and this is a prerequisite in social work for the individual's holistic situation. Together with our employment unit, we will strengthen collaboration, which is an important step towards meaningful employment and self-support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or equivalent education assessed by the employer as equivalent. We would appreciate it if you have experience with public authority functions regarding financial assistance.

As a person, we see that you are meticulous, structured, pedagogical, and have good collaboration skills. To thrive in this role, you have experience with, and enjoy meeting people in various types of life situations. You are independent and accustomed to collaborating with other actors in your daily work. You also want to be part of our development journey, both in social work and in ongoing projects.

Since we exercise public authority functions, you should have good knowledge and experience of case handling and documentation, as well as good knowledge of the Social Services Act. Experience with the business system Combine is meritorious. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A driver's license and Bank-ID are required.

Interviews will take place after the advertisement period has ended.
