About the role You are responsible for planning and coordinating the company's resources – personnel, machinery, and equipment. The role is central to the operations and involves close collaboration with production, contracting management, and field staff.

You work both operationally and strategically, ensuring that operations run smoothly without unnecessary interruptions. In your assignment, you collaborate with and receive support from foremen and site managers in the various projects. As Resource Manager, you are part of the company's management group.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop central resource planning
• Ensure correct staffing in projects
• Work with recruitment and onboarding
• Plan and follow up on training and certifications
• Support production with forecasts and replanning
• Ensure that occupational health and safety perspectives are included in planning

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from construction, civil engineering, or railways
• Has worked with resource or production planning
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and clear in communication
• Has strong administrative skills and experience with planning tools

It is an advantage if you have experience in competence planning, occupational health and safety work, or project organizations.
