Jakobsgårdarnas Primary Health Care Centre is located in Borlänge and is part of Region Dalarna's primary care.

We are a developing health centre with the patient in focus, working towards the transition to good and close care. The focus is on offering our patients good care, with priority on continuity, quality, and accessibility. The health centre has 10,100 registered patients and features a separate family centre and primary care rehabilitation.

We are now looking for a first-line manager who likes to think new thoughts, drive change, and develop new ways of working. You will play an important role at the health centre together with the medically responsible physician. Primary care is transitioning towards good and close care, and as a first-line manager, you are a key driving force. As a first-line manager, you report directly to the operations manager and are part of the management group for Middle Area 2, along with your colleagues. You share your leadership on-site with a managerial colleague at Jakobsgårdarnas Primary Health Care Centre, which means shared responsibility for personnel, budget, working environment, and operational responsibility.

Internal collaboration and cooperation with other partners is a given.

The assignment involves a time-limited managerial appointment with a permanent position in the basic profession.

We are now looking for a manager for our fine health centre who feels confident in their managerial role and enjoys challenges, development, and thinking new thoughts. The operations are now in a phase where we have started working with new ways of working. We would like you to enjoy challenges, be communicative, and appreciate order and structure.

You have:

• Relevant higher education in health and social care.
• Experience of leadership or managerial roles.
• Present leadership with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in development and improvement work.

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Experience of change management.
• Experience from primary care.
• Experience from a politically governed organization.
