I am a 14-year-old boy with multiple functional variations living in Kinna, Marks Municipality. I am now looking for a secure, engaged, and structured personal assistant for a part-time position with team leader and staffing responsibilities.

You will be an important part of my daily life while simultaneously having a leading role in the assistance group. Together with my family and other assistants, you will help create a secure, developmental, and well-functioning daily life for me.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you support me with my personal care and daily routine. As a team leader, you are the hub of my assistance. You plan and organize the daily work, ensure that staffing works, and handle schedules and substitutes. You are the link between me, my assistants, and the office, and have overall responsibility for ensuring that my assistance always stems from my needs and follows laws and guidelines.

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for you who have experience in team leadership and have previously worked within LSS (Services and Support for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or as a personal assistant. As a person, you are calm, methodical, and attentive, with a warm and caring approach. You find it easy to collaborate and feel confident in leading others. You are proactive, loyal, and solution-oriented, while also being structured and having a professional work approach. You master Swedish well in both speech and writing and have a high work ethic.

Requirements

• Driver's license is desirable
• You are a non-smoker
• You are not allergic to cats as there is a cat in the home
• You can accompany on trips on occasional occasions
